SCHERTZ — The Guadalupe County Master Gardeners will present the program “Propagation of Plants” from 9 a.m.-noon Sept. 13 at the Guadalupe County Community Garden.
The garden is located behind the Guadalupe County Tax Office Building, 1101 Elbel St.in Schertz.
The presenter will be Kathy Carroll, a Guadalupe County Master Gardener for six years and a propagation specialist for the Master Gardener organization, a volunteer horticulture program of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.
“Since this class is held in the fall, we will be discussing division and seed planting with hands-on fun,” Carroll said. “I also want to invite learners to bring their own plants so we can work on the best means for propagation for them.”
The cost is $10, payable by cash or personal check at the door.
