COLLEGE STATION – More than 200 turf and landscape industry professionals are expected to attend the annual Texas A&M Turfgrass and Landscape Field Day on Oct. 14, according to event coordinators.
Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service faculty and staff will address a number of management topics related to improving knowledge of turf and landscape practices, including variety development and selection, irrigation and nutrient management, water quality, pest management and new technologies.

When: 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 14, with a tour of the campus athletic facilities from 1:30-4 p.m.
Where: The Texas A&M AgriLife Turfgrass Field Lab on F&B Road, College Station.
Parking: All participants are asked to park at the Thomas G Hilderbrand, DVM ’56 Equine Complex at 3240 F&B Road adjacent to the Turfgrass Field Lab. Signage and attendants will direct attendees to registration and events.
