BELTON — The Soil Regen Forum Aug. 28-29 offers two days of expert-led presentations, demonstrations and discussions on maintaining healthy soils by using regenerative agriculture practices, coordinators said.
The event will be at the Summers Mill Retreat and Conference Center, 441 Farm-to-Market 1123, Belton. It is open to the public, and registration is $100.
The forum is hosted by the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resource Conservation Service.
Researchers, ranchers and other soil professionals will cover an array of topics, including principles of soil health, how to understand soil tests and economic incentives for implementing regenerative agriculture.
