The West Side Turn Row meeting will be held June 15 in Crawford. The free event is organized by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in McLennan County along with the AgriLife Extension committees in multiple counties.

The event will start with on-site registration at 8 a.m. and conclude around noon. Breakfast will be provided courtesy of Lone Star Ag Credit.
There is no cost to attend, but an RSVP is required by June 13 by contacting the office at 254-757-5180 or emailing candace.chapman@ag.tamu.edu.
The meeting will be held off Farmview Parkway in Crawford. Directions to the field are as follows: from the U.S. Route 84/Farmview Parkway intersection west of McGregor, drive 5 miles north on Farmview Parkway to the windmill tower, which will be close to the Old Spring Road/Farmview Parkway intersection where the field day is located.
Two Texas Department of Agriculture continuing education units are offered—one general and one integrated pest management—and 2.5 certified crop adviser credits are also available.

At the conclusion of the speakers, there will be an opportunity to view the AgriLife Extension office in McLennan County’s result demonstration on cotton root rot on Old Spring Road. This will be followed by viewing the nearby corn and grain sorghum plots. Additional directions will be provided at the event.
