The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and OneOp will host the webinar Ethics of Care in Case Management: Communication, Boundaries and Best Practice for Providers on Feb. 20.

The free webinar will be from 10-11:30 a.m. on OneOp, a virtual professional development platform for providers who serve military families. 

Participants can register at https://tx.ag/EthicsOfCare. Once registered, participants will receive a confirmation email containing the webinar link. 

About the webinar

The webinar will feature experts from the Commission for Case Manager Certification, CCMC. Participants will learn communication techniques to enhance interactions with clients with disabilities and their caregivers and supports. 

Additionally, participants will learn strategies for boundary-setting and ethical frameworks for decision making. 

Presenters include Vivian Campagna, chief industry relations officer, and Lorna Lee-Riley, director of education and industry relations, both with CCMC. 

CEUs are available.
