The program is designed for busy horse owners and professionals who want credible, research-backed knowledge without traditional coursework stress, said Chelsie Huseman, Ph.D., AgriLife Extension horse specialist and associate professor in the Texas A&M Department of Animal Science, Bryan-College Station.

Online registration is available, and the fee is $159 or $99 for students and 4-H leaders.

Participants will master practical skills with expert guidance from equine specialists in the Department of Animal Science. The flexible online format allows learners to work through the material at their own pace while gaining tools they can apply directly to daily horse care and management.
