McLennan County producers invited to West Side Turn Row Meeting June 16
Crop scouting, commodity markets and drone demonstration highlight free field event
The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in McLennan County will host the West Side Turn Row Meeting on June 16 near Crawford.

On-site registration starts at 8 a.m. in the field off Farmview Parkway.

The conference begins at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at 11 a.m. Breakfast will be provided by AgTrust Farm Credit, and a barbecue sandwich lunch will follow the program, courtesy of the McLennan County Row Crop Committee.
Attendees traveling from the State Highway 84/Farmview Parkway intersection west of McGregor should drive 5 miles north on Farmview Parkway to the windmill tower near Old Spring Road.
Those traveling from the state Highway 317/U.S. Highway 84 intersection in McGregor should drive approximately 3.2 miles to reach Farmview Parkway.
Two Texas Department of Agriculture continuing education units, one integrated pest management and one general, will be available, as well as three and a half continuing education units for certified crop advisers.
