About the webinar
The webinar will explore the powerful connection between physical activity and brain health across a lifespan.
The presentation will highlight the growing public health impact of Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias. It will translate current scientific findings into practical, everyday strategies for reducing risk and supporting cognitive well-being.
Participants will learn how lifestyle factors, particularly physical activity, can influence cognitive decline, improve overall health and enhance quality of life for both individuals and caregivers.
Drawing on evidence from large-scale studies and public health recommendations, the session will emphasize realistic, achievable approaches to staying active, including “exercise snacks,” social engagement and nature-based activities.
