AgriLife Extension names new Lamb County agent

LITTLEFIELD – Graham Henley is the new Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service agent for agriculture and natural resources in Lamb County.
The announcement naming Henley to the post was effective Jan. 5, and was made by Lamb County Judge Mike DeLoach and Michael Clawson, AgriLife Extension administrator at Lubbock.
“Graham is a natural fit for this key county in our district,” said Clawson. “He’s from Tahoka, so he knows the area and is very familiar not only with our agency, but with the region’s agriculture as well. He also spent considerable time as a 4-H and FFA member on both the high school and collegiate levels, so he knows AgriLife Extension’s 4-H youth development component well.”
Henley earned his bachelor’s in agricultural education and his master’s in agricultural science from West Texas A&M University at Canyon. He also completed an internship with AgriLife Extension in Randall County in 2014.
