Maberry joins AgriLife Extension as family, community health agent for Jones County

SAN ANGELO — Kelli Maberry will join the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service on June 17 as a family and community health agent for Jones County.
“Kelli will make a great addition to AgriLife Extension in Jones County,” said Marty Gibbs, District 7 AgriLife Extension administrator, San Angelo. “She has over a decade of experience as a public school teacher, which will prove invaluable as an educator in family and community health with her youth and adult audiences.”
Maberry most recently taught science to fifth-grade students at Christoval Elementary. She previously worked as a technology teacher and intervention specialist at Christoval.
Maberry earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma. She resides with her family in Hamlin.
“I feel blessed to be given this amazing opportunity to reach people on so many different levels,” Maberry said. “I’m excited to join the AgriLife Extension team and serve my community in this new capacity.”
