About the course

This program is designed to prepare food service managers to pass the ServSafe certification exam, and it will provide valuable education regarding the safe handling of food, sanitation, food flow, managing the operation and Hazard Analysis Control Point, HACCP.

HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
