The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in McLennan County and McLennan Community College are hosting a Kids Cookie Decorating Workshop on Nov. 25 in Waco.

The workshop is for youths in grades 3-12 and will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the AgriLife Extension office in McLennan County, 4224 Cobbs Drive. The cost is $25 and online registration is available at https://tx.ag/CookieDecorating.

About the class

The class will be led by Rachel Esquivel, AgriLife Extension family and community health agent for McLennan County. 

The class is for individuals who want to learn how to master the art of decorating cookies. Participants will learn how to make their own frosting combination as well as piping techniques and craftsmanship. Participants will gain knowledge and techniques to be used for any occasion.
