Payment can be made either by cash or check. If paying by check, make checks payable to the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. Participants need to bring their photo identification to the event.
To register, contact Kennedy Green at 210-631-0400 or at [email protected].
Importance of private pesticide applicator training
The course is for participants who need to obtain or renew their TDA private pesticide applicator license, said Sam Womble, AgriLife Extension agriculture and natural resources agent in Bexar County.
Private pesticide applicator licenses enable persons to purchase and apply state limited-use and federally restricted chemicals on their own land or land that the person manages for the production of agricultural commodities.
