Tri-county range, livestock clinic slated for Dec. 7 in Brady

BRADY – The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will conduct the Tri-County Range and Livestock Clinic from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Dec. 7 at the Heart of Texas Event Center, 804 San Angelo Highway in Brady.

The program is being conducted by the AgriLife Extension offices in McCulloch, Menard and Concho counties, said Justin Klinksiek, AgriLife Extension agent in McCulloch County.

“We have a good and varied mix of topics with a top slate of speakers,” Klinksiek said. “We’ll also have an excellent lunch sponsored by Central Texas Farm Credit and offer three Texas Department of Agriculture continuing education units. It’ll be a good program featuring everything from sheep and cattle management to proper grass stewardship.”
